Computer and Internet Access:
We offer free computer and Wi-Fi access to all patrons. There are five computers available for patron use and feature Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher), Firefox (internet browser), DVD reader, and Adobe Reader.
Patrons can print from computers in the public computer lab. For patrons using personal computers on the wireless network, please transfer your files to the circulation desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) for printing.
We only expect a small, monetary donation for a print job.
Please ask a staff member to operate the copy machine.

Faxes can be made for a small, monetary donation to library. Our cover page is free, just ask for one!
Items not housed in our collection may be requested from other libraries using the Interlibrary Loan service. Please ask at the circulation desk. Donations to support the ILL service are appreciated. The loan period varies based on the lender library and may be renewed once pending approval from lender library.
(Update: certain restrictions have been placed on Interlibrary loans due to quarantine guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.)
Used Book Sale Corner:
We are currently selling books, CDs, audiobooks, and DVDs. The price is one donation of any amount to the library. We currently not accepting any book donations to the library.
Library cards are free for Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District residents. Library cards are also free for non-residents who possess a library card from an out-of-county Access PA library. The annual non-resident fee for a library card is $25.00. If library cards are lost, a fee will be charged to replace the card. The replacement fee for a new library card is $3.00. A Foxburg Free Library card can be used at all other Clarion County Library System libraries.
To apply for a library card, please present valid ID or official mail (ex. utility bill, insurance bill) as proof of current residence. The minimum age for a child to receive a library card is 7 years; they must be able to legibly write their name on the application form. Children (persons under the age of 18) must have parents co-sign the library card application.
